जो
अष्ट प्रहर तक ही
उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है,
अनन्तर वह सदोष हो जाता है।
अतिथि के चरण-स्पर्श
पावन-दर्शन हेतु
अड़ोस-पड़ोस की जनता
आँगन में आ खड़ी है।
ज्यों ही
अतिथि का आँगन में आना हुआ
त्यों ही
जय-घोष से गूंज उठा नभमण्डल भी।
और, भावुक जनता समेत
सेठ ने प्रार्थना की पात्र से, कि
‘‘पुरुषार्थ के साथ-साथ
हम आशावादी भी हैं
आशु आशीर्वाद मिले
शीघ्र टले विषयों की आशा, बस!
बस चलें हम आपके पथ पर।
जाते-जाते हे स्वामिन्!
एक ऐसा सूत्र दो हमें
जिस सूत्र में बँधे हम
अपने अस्तित्व को पहचान सके,
कहीं भी गिरी हो
ससूत्र सुई...सो...
कभी खोती नहीं।’’
इस पर अतिथि सोचता है कि
उपदेश के योग्य यह
न ही स्थान है, न समय
The water...which
Can be utilized
For the period of twenty four hours of a
whole day, After that period which gets polluted.
For touching the feet of the holy guest, the saint,
For getting his pious look
The public of the neighbourhood
Has gathered within the courtyard.
No sooner than
The holy guest enters the courtyard,
When
Even the sky is filled with an outcry of victory.
And, along, with the sentimental public,
The noble trader requested the holy personage, that “Besides having perseverance for the ‘Fundamental duties of life’ We are optimistic too
We should deserve the blessings soon,
The expectations of sensual pleasures should vanish soon, it's enough !
We should only follow the path shown by you.
While parting away from us, O Lord !
Bless us with such a short precept
By getting bound with which
We should realize our real existence,
The...needle...which is threaded… Is never lost -
Anywhere it may get dropped.”
On hearing this, the holy guest (Munirāja) thinks that Neither is it a proper place nor a proper time
For due exhortations,-
