पृथ्वी पर प्रलय हुआ हो,
सुना भी नहीं, देखा भी नहीं।
प्रलय हेतु आगत बदलियाँ ये
क्या अपनी संस्कृति को
विकृत-छवि में बदलना चाहती हैं ?
अपने हों या पराये,
भूखे-प्यासे बच्चों को देख
माँ के हृदय में दूध रुक नहीं सकता
बाहर आता ही है उमड़ कर,
इसी अवसर की प्रतीक्षा रहती है-
उस दूध को।
क्या सदय-हृदय भी आज
प्रलय का प्यासा बन गया ?
क्या तन-संरक्षण हेतु
धर्म ही बेचा जा रहा है ?
क्या धन-संवर्धन हेतु
शर्म ही बेची जा रही है ?
स्त्री-जाति की कई विशेषताएँ हैं
जो आदर्श रूप हैं पुरुष के सम्मुख।
प्रतिपल परतन्त्र हो कर भी
पाप की पालड़ी भारी नहीं पड़ती
...पल-भर भी!
इनमें, पाप-भीरुता पलती रहती है
अन्यथा,
स्त्रियों का नाम 'भीरु' क्यों पड़ा ?
प्रायः पुरुषों से बाध्य हो कर ही
कुपथ पर चलना पड़ता है स्त्रियों को
परन्तु,
That the universal destruction on the earth
Is wrought by the woman-community.
Do these cloudlets arriving for annihilation
Wish to change their culture
Into a distorted beauty ?
Whether her own or those of the others,
On seeing the children hungry or thirsty
The milk can't tarry within the breasts of a mother
It flows out with a gush
That milk
Remains in wait for this very occasion.
Has even the kind-hearted
Become thirsty of universal destruction ?
Is the religiousness being sold
For patronizing the body ?
Is the self-respect being bartered away
For the hoarding of wealth ?
There are so many virtues of the fair sex
Which hold forth an ideal before the manhood.
In spite of being subjugated every moment
The pan of the sins doesn't get heavier
...Even for a moment !
Sin-awareness remains latent within them
Otherwise,
Why is the adjective timid' assigned to them?
Generally, on being compelled by the man-tribe
The women have to take to a wrong path
