अब शुक्लध्यान का आलम्बन बतलाते हैं-
त्र्येकयोगकाययोगायोगानाम् ॥४०॥
अर्थ - पहला शुक्लध्यान तीनों योगों में होता है। दूसरा शुक्लध्यान तीनों योगों में से एक योग में होता है। तीसरा शुक्लध्यान काय योग में ही होता है।
English - These four types of pure concentrations are achieved by those having all the three activities (the mind, the speech, and the body), one activity, body activity, and no activity respectively.
