जिस भाँति
लक्ष्मण की मूर्च्छा टूटी
विशल्या की मंजुल अंजुलि के
जल-सिंचन से।
सरिता से उछले हुए
सलिल-कणों का शीतल परस पा
आतंकवाद की मूच्र्छ टूटी।
फिर क्या पूछो!
लक्ष्मण की भाँति उबल उठा
आतंक फिर से!
‘‘पकड़ो! पकड़ो!!
ठहरो! ठहरो!!
सुनते हो या नहीं
अरे बहरे!
मरो या
हमारा समर्थन करो,
अरे संसार को श्वभ्र में
उतारने वालो!
किसी को भी तारने वाले नहीं हो तुम!
अरे पाप के मापदण्डो!
सुनो! सुनो!...जरा सुनो!!
अब धन-संग्रह नहीं,
जन-संग्रह करो!
ओर
लोभ के वशीभूत हो।
समुचित वितरण करो
अन्यथा,
धनहीनों में
The way, in which
The swoon of Laksmana receded
Through the sprinkling of water
By the beautiful palms-cavity of ‘Višalyā’_
On getting the cool touch of water-particles
Leaping up from the river,
The swoon of the terrorism is broken.
Then, no mention of it!
The terrorism again, like
Lakşmana, Is boiled with fury !
“Capture ! capture !
Stop ! stop !
Do you hear or not
O Thou, the deaf !
Die, or Support us,
O you takers of the world to hell
Into a chasm!
You aren't, indeed, the one who salvages
anybody from sins !
O Thou, the measuring scales of sins !
Hark! hear !...listen for a while !
Now don't indulge in amassing wealth,
Look-after the public welfare !
And
Under the sway of greed, Whatever has been hoarded in a blind manner Carry out its proper distribution –
Otherwise,
Among the poor –
