कौन सहारा ?...सो...सुनो !
दृढ़ा-ध्रुवा-संयमालिंगिता
यह जो चेतना है-
स्वयंभुवा काम करती है,
यूँ सोचती हुई धरती को
विनय-अनुनय से कहते हैं
कण-कण ये :
‘‘माँ के मान का सम्मान हो
राघव-वंश के अंश हैं ये,
लाघव-वंश के प्रशंसक भी
परन्तु,
अहं के संस्कार से संस्कारित
गारव-वंश के ध्वंसक हैं, माँ!
हुए, हो रहे और होंगे
जिस वंश में हंस परमहंस
उस वंश की स्मृति विस्मृत न हो, माँ!
वंश-परम्परा की परिचर्या
करने दो इसे,
मात्र परिचर्चा
रहने दो उसे,
श्रम का भाजन रही...जो!
सरस भाषण की अपेक्षा
नीरस भोजन ही आज
स्वादपूर्ण, स्वास्थ्य-वर्धक
लगा रहा है इसे।"
जगहितैषिणी माँ के
मंगलमय चरण-कमलों में
मस्तक धरते, करते नमन
What support ?...So...listen!
The firm, the constant, embraced with self-discipline This consciousness,
Acts self-existently –
To the Earth, thinking in this way,
Tell with a sense of decorum and courtesy,
All these particles :
"The honour of the mother should be held respectfully They are the part and parcel of the race of Rāghavas, The admirers too of the skilful dynasties But,
They are, Mother, the destroyers of the arrogant dynasties, Which were trained in the egotistic mental mould. The lineage in ‘which great saints and Supreme Souls Were born,are taking birth and shall be incarnated- The memory of that lineage shouldn't fade away, Mother !
Let us attend to our own traditional lineage,
...Which remained simply a sharer of hard work!
Only a discussion-
Let it be stopped for a time.
Today, indeed, a dry diet
Is appearing to this consciousness
More tasteful and health-giving
Than a sweet speech."
They would offer salutation, bowing their heads,
At the auspicious lotus-feet
Of the universally benevolent Mother
