अचेत से सचेत हो
खेत से खेत, खेत से खेत
वेग-समेत वेद-समेत
विस्फारित द्रग-वाला
एक मर्ग
छलाँग भरता
पथ को लाँघ जाता है
सुदूर...जा अन्तध्रान…
.....खो जाता है |
“बायें हिरन
दायें जाय
लंका जीत
राम घर आय”
इस सूक्ति की स्मृति
तजि हो आई
और
...दूर...सुदूर…
माटी ने देखा-
घाटी में दिखे
कौन वह ?
परिचित है या अपरिचित !
अपनी और ही
बढते बढते
आ रहे वह
श्रमिक-चरण…!
और
फूली नहीं समाती,
भोली मति यह
घाटी की और ही
अपलक ताक रही है
On returning to Wakefulness from Senselessness
A deer
With expanded eyes,
Leaping on and on
From field to field
With a speed and understanding.
Crosses over the path
And, having reached... far ahead,
Disappears beyond Sight…!
If a deer, keeping to the left,
Crosses over to the right-
Lord Ram returns home
After gaining Victory over Lanka
The memory of this saying
Got refreshed,
And
Far...Very far away...
The Soil sighted-
Treading into the Valley,
Who were those ones ?
They are familiar or unfamiliar !
Indeed, towards us all,
Advancing continuously
Are approaching
Those toilsome feet....!
And
This innocent Soil,
Is puffed up With joy,
While gazing towards the Valley, indeed,
With her unwinking eyes,
