आँखें खुल नहीं पा रहीं अभी,
प्रकाश को देखने की क्षमता
अभी उनमें आई नहीं है।
रत्नों की कोमल किरणें तक
अग्नि की चिनगारी-सी लगती हैं,
अनखुली आँखों को लख कर
कुम्भ ने पुनः कहा, कि
‘‘कोई चिन्ता की बात नहीं
मात्र हृदय-स्थल को छोड़ कर
शरीर के किसी भी अवयवों पर
माटी का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है।
पक्वापक्व रुधिर से भरा घाव हो,
भीतरी चोट हो या बाहरी,
असहनीय कर्ण-पीड़ा हो,
ज्वर से कपाल फट रहा हो,
नासा की नासूर हो,
शीत से बहती हो
या उष्णता से फूटती हो वह
और
शिरःशूल आधा हो या पूरा
इन सब अवस्थाओं में
माटी का प्रयोग लाभप्रद होगा।
यहाँ तक कि
हस्त-पाद की अस्थि टूटी हो
माटी के योग से जुड़ सकती है
...अविलम्ब!
कुछ ही दिनों में पूर्ववत्
...कार्यारम्भ!
The eyelids are not vibrating at present,
They have not regained still the capability
Of beholding the light.
Even the tender rays of the jewels
Appear to be the sparks of fire,
On looking at the unwinking eyelids
The sacred pitcher again says that –
“There is nothing to be worried for,
Leaving aside the heart-area only
The soil can be experimented
Upon any organ of the body.
It may be a wound filled with ripe or raw blood,
It may be internal or external injury,
It may be unbearable ear-ache,
If the skull is being split with fever,
If the nasal ulcer is there,
If the nose flows due to cold
If it bursts due to heat,
And
If the severe headache is half or full –
The usage of the soil shall be beneficial
In all these conditions.
In as much as
The bones of hands and feet, if fractured,
May be set again..., without delay,
By plastering with the soil !
The work may be taken up..., as before,
Within a few days!
