The breath has to be inhaled
And
Has to be ex-haled through the nose
In the form of the rhythmic tone of “Omkāra”.
This “sa' (37) that is in its three-fold entity- [sakāratraya] - Is offering its own introduction, that
"Ša' (श) -that is,
The pacifier of dirty emotions (Kaşāya),
An indicator of Sankara the Supreme One, causing bliss beyond doubt, The abode of perpetual peace...!
“Sa'( स ) that is,
The companion of all
- Which takes the whole of the world in its totality
within its fold, The world in its reverse form
The means of innate happiness
The incessant source of equanimity...!
And
The graceful play of “şa' (ष) is remarkable.
The syllable 'sa' (ष) makes its appearance
When the stomach of ‘pa' is cut across -
“Pa' (प), that is,
The sinful and the auspicious actions Which result in worldliness, Through which, being under delusion, the Puruşa (Soul) goes astray,
That is why The syllable 's' (ष), which remains beyond the grip of all actions (Karmas) Bi-sects the belly of the sinful as well as the auspicious deeds. This is explained as the inward dimension, Now pay heed to the outward...dimension too...!
