That Juice of pomegranate filled into the ewer
Gets a bit more reddened.
Doesn't a true attendant feel painfully restless On beholding his master's disgrace in his presence?
The very shaking of the foundation
Is the shaking of the supportable.
And
The Juice adds in an excited voice that,
“The quantity of the eminent trader's decorum,
The asceticism of an ascetic, His beauty of equanimity and genuine contemplation,
Is how much and due to what reason -
We know it all.
Even a touch at the water on shores
May indicate the depth of it.”
And hither
On a blue-black seat made of rosewood
Lying in the glittering silvery tray
The saffron-coloured porridge –
Stuck into which
A Spoon, under the pretext of keeping its head in upside- Down-posture, Is trying to hide its bashful face Due to its uselessness,
In support of the pomegranate, speaks out
That
"You have given a true analysis about an ascetic.’
And
On being neglected by the Saint,
As if weeping with the tearful eyes In the guise of the Ghi-that is the clarified butter being in excess.
