अन्याय मार्ग का अनुसरण करने वाले
रावण जैसे शत्रुओं पर
रणांगण में कूद कर
राम जैसे
श्रम-शीलों का हाथ उठाना ही
कलियुग में सत्-युग ला सकता है,
धरती पर...यहीं पर
स्वर्ग को उतार सकता है।
श्रम करे...सो श्रमण!
ऐसे कर्म-हीन कंगाल के
लाल लाल गाल को
पागल से पागल शृगाल भी
खाने की बात तो दूर रही,
छूना भी नहीं चाहेगा।"
इस पर भी अभी
कलश का उबाल शान्त नहीं हुआ,
खदबद खदबद
खिचड़ी का पकना वह
अविकल चलता ही रहा
और
सन्त के नाम पर और आक्रोश!
‘‘कौन कहता है वह
कि
आगत सन्त में समता थी ?
थी पक्ष-पात की मूर्ति वह,
समता का प्रदर्शन भी
दश-प्रतिशत नहीं रहा
समता-दर्शन तो दूर रहे
जिसकी दृष्टि में अभी
A Challenge thrown, gallantly at the battlefield
By the perseverant one like Rām,
Against the one who treads the path of injustice -
An enemy like Rāvana,
Can proclaim the advent of the First Age-(Sat-yuga)
In the Iron Age-the Fifth Yuga (Kali-yuga ),
Can bring down the heavens;
Hereupon...over the earth.
The one who toils is a “Šramaņa”...the saint
sinvolved in austerities!
Even a maddest jackal too
Won't like even to touch –
- Eating up is something of a distant affair
- The reddish cheeks Of such an indolent destitute.”
However, even now
The ebullition of the golden pitcher wasn't pacified,
The noise of bubbling up and down,
The cooking of the mixed heap, that is (Khichadi)
Went on continuously
And
More anger in the name of the saint !
“Who asserts it
That
The guest-saint had impartiality within himself?
He was really an idol of partisanship,
Even the display of impartiality
Wasn't ten percent –
The view point of impartiality is a distant affair.
In whose vision, even now –
