दर्शन का आयुध शब्द है—विचार,
अध्यात्म निरायुध होता है
सर्वथा स्तब्ध-निर्विचार!
एक ज्ञान है, ज्ञेय भी
एक ध्यान है, ध्येय भी।
तैरने वाला तैरता है सरवर में
भीतरी नहीं,
बाहरी दृश्य ही दिखते हैं उसे।
वहीं पर दूसरा डुबकी लगाता है,
सरवर का भीतरी भाग
भासित होता है उसे,
बहिर्जगत् का सम्बन्ध टूट जाता है।”
अहा हा! हा!! वाह! वाह!!
कितनी गहरी डूब है यह
दर्शन और अध्यात्म की मीमांसा !
और
कुम्भ से मिलता है साधुवाद, अग्नि को।
फिर क्या हुआ, सो...सुनो!
साधुवाद स्वीकारती-सी
अग्नि और धधक उठी।
बाहर भले ही चलता हो
मीठी-मीठी शीतलता ले
ऊषा-कालीन वात वो,
पर,
उसका कोई प्रभाव नहीं अवा पर!
तापमान का अनुपात बढ़ता ही जा रहा है।
दिन में और रात में,
प्रताप में, प्रभात में
कुछ अन्तर ही नहीं रहा।
The weapon-word of philosophy is-‘thought',
The spiritualism is weaponless
Entirely stilled, devoid of thoughts !
The one is knowledge, the knowable too,
The other is meditation, the ‘meditated upon too.
A swimmer swims into a tank –
Not the inward,
But the outward scenes indeed come to his sight.
At that very place, the other one takes a dip,
The inner portion of the tank
Is discernible to him,
The contact with the outer world is suspended."

The fire got kindled extraordinarily,
As if accepting the eulogy.
That morning breeze
With a heartening coolness
May well blow outside,
But,
It didn't leave any imprint upon the Kiln !
The ratio of temperature is growing on
The day in and the day out,
There remained no difference
Between the sharp heat, and the day-break.
