चला-चपला पलायुवाली
बनी हो बिजली...!
इस दुर्घटना को देख,
...तुरन्त,
सागर से पुनः सूचना मिलती है
भयभीत बादलों को, कि
इन्द्र ने अमोघ अस्त्र चलाया
तो...तुम
रामबाण से काम लो
पीछे हटने का मत नाम लो
ईंट का जवाब पत्थर से दो!
विलम्ब नहीं अविलम्ब
ओला-वृष्टि करो...उपलवर्षा!
लो, फिर से बादलों में स्फूर्ति आई
स्वाभिमान सचेत हुआ
ओलों का उत्पादन प्रारम्भ!
सो...ऐसा लग रहा है
उत्पादन नहीं, उद्घाटन-अनावरण हुआ है
अपार भण्डार का कहीं!
लघु-गुरु अणु-महा
त्रिकोण-चतुष्कोण वाले
तथा पंच पहलू वाले
भिन्न-भिन्न आकार वाले
भिन्न-भिन्न भार वाले
गोल-गोल सुडौल ओले
क्या कहे, क्या बोले,
जहाँ देखें वहाँ ओले
सौर-मण्डल भर गया!
The lightning would have acquired
A transitory, passing and momentary life- breath...!
On beholding this mishap,
...At once,
A message is again communicated by the ocean
To the frightened clouds, that
Lord Indra launches an unfailing weapon
Hence... You
Make good use of the unfailing arrow of Lord Rām !
Keep yourself aloof from retreating,
Pelt a stone for a brick !
Instantly, without any delay,
Start a hail-storm...a shower of hail-stones !
Lo, some agility appears again among the clouds
A sense of self-respect awakens
The production of hail-stones gains a fillip !
Hence...it seems
Not the production, an opening-unveiling has taken place Of the unlimited storage somewhere !
Light and heavy, tiny and huge
Those having three or four angles
And those having five sides,
Those having different forms
Those having various weights,
The rounded and well-shaped hail-stones
How to tell, what to tell, did they say,
The hail and hail seen everywhere
The solar space is filled with them !
