यूँ गरजती
दावानल-सम धधकती वनी-सी बनी...
सही-सही समझ में नहीं आता।
पूरी खुली दोनों आँखों में
लावा का बुलावा है क्या ?
...भुलावा है यह!
बाहर घूर रहा है ज्वालामुखी
तेज तत्त्व का मूल-स्रोत
विश्व का विद्युत्-केन्द्र।
संसार के कोने-कोने में
तेज तत्त्व का निर्यात यहीं से होता है,
जिसके अभाव में यातायात ठप्...
जड़-जंगमों का!
चारों ओर अन्धकार, घुप्…
निन्दा की दृष्टि से निरखने में निरत
निकट नीचे आये
नीच-निराली नीति वाले
बादल-दलों को जलाने हेतु-
प्रभाकर के प्रयास को निरख
सागर ने राहु को याद किया,
और कहा :
‘‘प्रभाकर की उद्ण्डता कब तक चलेगी
सौर-मण्डल की शालीनता को
लीलता जा रहा वह!
धरती की सेवा में निरत हुआ
पृथिवी से प्रभावित प्रभाकर
Roaring thus
Appeared as a small forest blazing up like Wild-fire...! It is beyond exact comprehension.
In both the eyes fully opened
Does there flash a call of lāvā ?...
It is a deception!
The volcano is staring outside
The original source of the element of lustre
The electrical centre of the universe.
The element of lustre is exported from here
Into the every nook and comer of the world,
In absence of which all the traffic
Of the animate and the inanimate stands still...!
All around there prevails utter darkness....
Which were indulged in viewing with an eye of calumny Which descended down nearer
Which pursued a lowly and strange policy –
To burn off such bands of clouds,
The ocean remembered (the dragon-headed planet) Rāhu, After seeing the endeavours of the Sun, And said:
“ Till what period, the arrogance of the Sun shall continue, (Under the sway of the Earth, the Sun)
Is going on devouring
The decorum of the solar system ! Devoted to the service of the Earth Influenced by the Earth
