और
निराश ही लौटता है
यानी
भ्रमर से भी अधिक काला है
यह पहला बादल-दल...।
दूसरा... दूर से ही
विष उगलता विषधर-सम नीला
नील-कण्ठ, लीला-वाला-
जिसकी आभा से
पकी पीली धान की खेत भी
हरिताभा से भर जाती है!
और,
अन्तिम-दल
कबूतर रंग वाला है।
यूँ ये तीनों,
तन के अनुरूप ही मन से कलुषित हैं।
इनकी मनो-मीमांसा लिखी जा रही है -
चाण्डाल-सम प्रचण्ड शील वाले हैं
घमण्ड के अखण्ड पिण्ड बने हैं।
जिनका हृदय अदय का निलय बना है,
रह-रह कर कलह
करते ही रहते हैं ये,
बिना कलह भोजन पचता ही नहीं इन्हें !
इन्हें देख कर दूर से ही
भूत भाग जाते हैं भय से,
भयभीत होती अमावस्या भी इनसे
दूर कहीं छुपी रहती...वह,
यही कारण है कि
एक मास में एक ही बार-
बाहर आती है आवास तज कर।
And
Turns back, on being disappointed
That is to say
The first band of clouds...
Is even more dark than the big black-bee.
The second one...right from a distance,
Is like a dark blue serpent, spitting out poison
The blue-necked one with sportive performances –
By the pomp of which
Even the ripened yellowish farm of paddy
Assumes a greenish splendour !
And
The last band of clouds
Reflects the colour of a dove.
Thus, all the three of them, According to
their bodies, are corrupt too in their minds.
Their mental analysis is being depicted :
They possess a violent character like that of a
merciless wretch They have turned into a solid mass of pride. Their hearts have fashioned into an abode of cruelty, They go on indulging into strife
By fits and starts,
Without a quarrel, they are unable to get their diet digested! On beholding them from a distance
The ghosts take to their heels out of fear,
Even the frightened last night of a dark fortnight,
Keeps Itself hidden away... from them somewhere at a distance; That is why
Only once in a month –
It sets out abandoning its dwellings.
