राज-मण्डली का मूच्छित होना,
राजा का कीलित-स्तम्भित होना
विषाद का कारण रहा,
और
स्त्री और श्री के चंगुल में फँसे
दुस्सह दु:ख से दूर नहीं होते कभी-
यह जो स्पष्ट दिखा
विरति का कारण रहा।
कुम्भकार को रोना आया
इस दुर्घटना का घटक प्रांगण रहा,
जो स्वर्ग और अपवर्ग का कारण था
आज उपसर्ग का कारण बना,
मंगलमय प्रांगण में
दंगल क्यों हो रहा, प्रभो ?
लगता है कि
अपने पुण्य का परिपाक ही
इस कार्य में निमित्त बना है।
यूँ
स्व-पर-संवेदन हेतु
प्रभु से निवेदन करता है, कि
जीवन का मुण्डन न हो
सुख-शान्ति का मण्डन हो,
इनकी मूच्र्छा दूर हो
बाहरी भी, भीतरी भी
इनमें ऊर्जा का पूर हो।
कुछ पलों के लिए
माहौल स्पन्दन-हीन होता है।
वह बोल वन्दन-लीन होता है
The fainting of the royal retinue,
The nailing down and stunning of the king
Remained the reason behind the sorrow;
And
Those who were caught into the snare of woman and wealth Never got rid of the unbearable agonies -This point clearly seen
Was the cause of indifference to worldly pursuits.
The Potter-artisan felt like weeping
A component of this tragedy was the courtyard,
That which was the cause of heaven and ‘liberation
Provides the cause of calamity by evil spirits, today,
Why such a noisy quarrel, O Lord,
Inside the auspicious courtyard ?
It seems,
The ripeness of our own virtuous conduct
Has acted as an efficient cause, in this happening
Thus
For experiencing the Selfand the 'Non-Self ’
Makes an entreaty before the Lord, that
The life shouldn't be robbed
Happiness and Peace be adorned,
The internal as well as the external delirium
Of these persons should be wiped off,
They should be filled with vitality.
For some moments
A motionlessness prevails inside the surroundings.
That uttering immerses into adoration –
