अन्यथा,
दिन में क्यों नहीं
रात्रि में क्यों निकलता है घर से बाहर ?
वह भी चोर के समान-सशंक
छोटा-सा मुख छुपाता हुआ अपना...!
और
धरती से बहुत दूर क्यों रहता है ?
जब कि भानु
धरती के निकट से प्रवास करता है अपना!
खेद है !
चन्द्रमा का ही अनुसरण करती हैं
ताराएँ भी।
इधर सागर की भी यही स्थिति है
चन्द्र को देख कर उमड़ता है
और
सूर्य को देख कर उबलता है।
‘‘यह कटु सत्य है कि
अर्थ की आँखें
परमार्थ को देख नहीं सकतीं,
अर्थ की लिप्सा ने बड़ों-बड़ों को
निर्लज्ज बनाया है।”
यह बात निराली है, कि
मौलिक मुक्ताओं का निधान सागर भी है
कारण!
मुक्ता का उपादान जल है,
यानी-जल ही मुक्ता का रूप धारण करता है।
Otherwise,
Why does she set out from home at night,
Why not at the day-time ?
And that too, suspicious like a thief
Hiding her tiny face...!
And
Why does she dwell at a very long distance from the earth? While the Sun
Performs his sojourn at close quarters with the earth !
It's a matter of regret !
The stars too
Follow the footsteps of the Moon.
Hither, the position of the ocean too is the same,
On beholding the Moon, it rises and rolls with joy
And
On seeing the Sun, It boils.
‘It is a bitter truth that
The eyes of wealth and money
Are unable to see the transcendental reality,
The greedy desires for wealth
Have made shameless even the high-ups.’
It's a peculiar point, that
The ocean too is the treasure of genuine pearls,
The reason is that
The material cause behind a pearl is water,
That is, the water really transforms into a pearl -
