अनन्य आत्मीयता का
संस्पर्शन हो रहा है
और वह
धृति-धारिणी धरती
कुछ कहने को आकर्षित होती है,
सम्मुख माटी का
आकर्षण जो रहा है।

भीगे भावों से
सम्बोधन की शुरूआत :
“सत्ता शाश्वत होती है, बेटा !
प्रति-सत्ता में होती हैं
अनगिन सम्भावनाएँ
उत्थान-पतन की वह,
खसखस का दाना-सा
बहुत छोटा होता है
बड़ का बीज वह !
समुचित क्षेत्र में उसका वपन हो
समयोचित खाद, हवा, जल
उसे मिलें
अंकुरित हो, कुछ ही दिनों में
विशाल काय धारण कर
वट के रूप में अवतार लेता है।
यही इसकी महत्ता है
सत्ता शाश्वत होती है
सत्ता भास्वत होती है बेटा !
रहस्य में पड़ी इस गन्ध का
अनुपानकरना होगा।
A touch of unique intimacy
Is being felt.
And that
Patience-sustaining Earth
Tends to utter a few words,
Due to the charm of the Soil
Being before Her.
Lo !
With dewy feelings
Thus begins the address :
“The existence is eternal, dear Child !
Pro-existence is filled with
Countless possibilities
Of rising and falling,
That seed of the Banyan tree
Is too tiny
Like a poppy-grain !
Should it be sowed into a proper field
Should it be nursed
With timely manure, air and water
It gets sprouted within a few days,
Having assumed a huge form
Is incarnated as a Banyan tree.
And there lies its true glory
The existence is perpetual
The existence is luminous, dear Child !
This odour covered with mystery
Will have to be inhaled properly
